All donations will go to the Centre for Spanish Speaking Peoples to support families in our community.

We’re collecting clothing and accessories (preferably winter items) as well as household essentials like plates, cups, and bedding. 🧥🧣🍽️🛌

Children clothing is also received.
We will only take gently used and clean items.

You can drop off your donations at the OLAS office (Office #500P in New College basement) during the following times:
• Wednesday, Dec 10: 11AM-1PM.
• ⁠Friday, Dec 12: 3-5PM.
• ⁠Monday, Dec 15: 12-2PM.

If these times don’t work but you’d still like to donate, send us a DM and we’ll coordinate with you.

🧵🌺🇸🇻 Mujeres Vueltenses Bordando Historias is a collective of 22 women from Chalatenango, El Salvador, who use embroidery to remember, honor, and share their experiences of war and displacement. During the 1980s, these women and their families sought refuge in Honduran refugee camps after being displaced by the armed conflict. Today, through their embroidery, they reclaim their narratives and give visual form to the history of resilience, survival, and community rebuilding.
